About Move Into Words

Our Mission: Move Into Words is a non-profit designed to create an environment advocating sustainable habits towards mental and physical health and help provide opportunities for young professionals to thrive. Our Vision: Our vision is to be at the forefront of a cultural shift towards health, love, support, and comprehension of individual wholeness and humanity. We envision a society where every young professional craving an environment for growth feels fulfilled has the knowledge, resources, and support needed to prioritize and nurture their mental and physical health, allowing them to unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. Our System: Through group activities, exercise, journaling, motivational speaking and critical thinking activities, we prioritize and encompass the foundations of developing and maintaining both the mental and physical health in young professionals. Our monthly events emphasis building fundamental personal development skills such as self-awareness, self-confidence and self-discipline. Fundraising events and partnership collaborations are for supporting the necessary resources for our programs and outreach.
