About Move Your Mind LLC

One Platform. Real Data. Real Results. Move Your Mind is a holistic digital solution that aggregates wellness tools into a user friendly, data driven platform. Real change requires an investment in time and money. The MYM algorithm curates bespoke digital solutions for each client. We also offer consulting & in-person facilitation to engage employees and improve company culture. Move Your Mind (MYM) is focused on two core objectives; (1) to provide broad education & (2) generate real and sustainable behaviour change. To educate, we offer quality content from leading experts and deliver it through our digital solution & companion app. We encourage behaviour change through providing employees access to an interactive, user friendly, data-driven interface. With an initial focus on the construction industry, we have recently secured contracts with Lendlease and The John Holland Group. In line with this focus, we have released a new series titled Brick by Brick that is centred on wellbeing in the construction industry.
