About Moving Atoms

Moving Atoms is frontier robotics lab. Our goal is to solve robotics, then solve abundance. Our first model, Atom 1, already tops the Physics IQ benchmark - this is stage 1 of the robot model we are building (a World Action Model). Currently, robot models are trained end-to-end to recieve large scale tasks like "fold t-shirt". They were never designed to have an advanced LLM micromanaging them, telling them how to move and when (“reach(mug marked in frame)”, “grasp(marked mug at handle)”) By training World Action Model that can be micro-managed, we allow robotics to use the orchestration and planning abilities of LLMs while having the physics, contact and timing be controlled by the robot model.
