About Moxie Consulting Group, LLC

✶ Healthcare Advisory, Consulting & Education Healthcare leaders come to Moxie Consulting Group when a safety event, a Joint Commission survey, or declining patient experience scores make it clear that what got them here won't get them where they need to go. ▶The real problem is rarely a training gap. What looks like a people problem is usually a systems problem - care delivery that's unreliable across patient populations because the standards and accountability structures aren't there. The same issues surface in every meeting. Staff burn out compensating for broken processes. Leadership firefights instead of leads. ▶We start with diagnosis, not a predetermined solution. Then we design and implement systems that make reliable care possible across patient populations - addressing cultural and linguistic needs as a patient safety and risk management imperative, not a compliance checkbox. ▶We work with hospitals, health systems, graduate medical education, FQHCs, state hospital associations, and mission-driven healthcare organizations. Our clients are senior executives with the authority to act and the urgency to do it now. ✶ Beyond Healthcare We work with organizations that want leadership and workforce systems that change behavior - built around measurable outcomes. ✶ Speaking & Training Keynotes, custom workshops, and leadership development programs for organizations ready to move past awareness into sustained behavior change. Topics include inclusive leadership, psychological safety, managing productive conflict, emotional intelligence, and DISC behavioral styles. All engagements are customized. Most lead to deeper work. 📍 Headquartered near Richmond, VA. 🇺🇸 Clients throughout the U.S. ✓ Certified SWaM business.
