About MQue

MQue Inc. is a deep tech company developing and deploying proprietary technologies in simulation, modeling, and conversational AI. We connect cutting-edge research with the highly complex challenges businesses face — embedding research into real workflows and decision-making. In manufacturing, architecture, and organizational management, design, performance, and human insight are often treated in isolation, leading to suboptimal outcomes. MQue integrates these three dimensions into a unified decision-making framework: "cross-domain optimization." To realize this vision, researchers, engineers, and business specialists work as one team across three domains: ■ Simulation Led by researchers with deep expertise in CFD, AI surrogate models, and optimization, we accelerate design and improve performance in thermal equipment and aerospace — enabling integrated optimization of both design parameters and system performance. ■ Modeling In partnership with engineers recognized at CVPR, we automate design review and streamline processes in architecture and manufacturing — supporting decisions that account for both human insight and design intent. ■ Conversational AI Human-in-the-loop AI researchers and organizational design consultants work with major financial institutions, general trading companies, and HR firms. We make tacit knowledge visible through dialogue data, advancing decision-making in talent placement, evaluation, development, and hiring. Each domain pursues excellence independently while simulation × modeling × conversational AI connects what has been fragmented — unifying design, performance, and human insight into unified decision-making. If you're facing technical challenges in manufacturing, architecture, or organizational management — or if you're a researcher or engineer looking to bring your research to the real world — we'd love to hear from you.
