MRG Real Estate ontwikkelt en verhuurt voor 70% energie neutrale appartementen, horeca vastgoed en warehouses op A1 locaties. In onze onroerend goed projecten maken wij gebruik van warmtepompen, zonneboilers, zonnepanelen en restwarmte. Een goed voorbeeld is ons laatste project Binnenrotte 192. In ‘The Connection Rotterdam’, hier wordt de horeca ‘loetje’ en 20 luxe appartementen voorzien van energie (elektriciteit en warm water) die opgewekt wordt vanuit het datacenter dat gevestigd is in de kelder. De horecazaken en appartementen te Rotterdam en Amsterdam bevinden zich voornamelijk aan de Grote Markt (de Markthal), Witte de Withstraat, de Kop van Zuid, aan de Amstel en de Zuidas. De appartementen zijn uiterst geschikt voor expats vanwege de locaties, bereikbaarheid van openbaarvervoer, zijn luxe ingericht en beschikken over 3 kamers en 2 aparte badkamers. De ontwikkeling en verhuur van warehouses wordt gedaan in samenwerking met onze partners.
