About MS&Consulting - Mystery Shopping

MS&Consulting is the No.1 mystery shopping research & consulting company in Japan. We aim to create a "spiritually rich society" through our services. By connecting the voices of consumers, store staff, and company members, we not only help identify and solve their pain points but also foster mutual appreciation. As a result, our partners can find their own happiness through our services. This is our promise. Through our business activities, we support employee education and work environment digital transformation (DX) for client companies. In doing so, we contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Goal 4.4: By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs, and entrepreneurship. Goal 8.2: Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading, and innovation, including through a focus on high-value-added and labor-intensive sectors. We are committed to realizing these goals through our efforts.
