About Multi Discovery

The dynamics of technology require periodic review of internal controls so that they remain effective. Multi Discovery entered the e-solutions market in January 2014 with a simple mission: To provide innovative audit software and services that help organizations reduce operational cost and maximize revenue. We provide a bridge between what-is and what-should-be. Our latest service is in the area of phone bill auditing, which provides a simple way for organizations to properly verify their phone bills and save money without cutting down on usage. This is due to the fact that telecom billing is not so straightforward and mistakes or opportunities for cost reduction may go unnoticed using manual methods of bill verification. We ensure that our clients overcome all challenges related to billing and also get the most from their telecom service provider. We have a team that holds several years of telecom billing experience. Solution features include Invoice Processing, Expense Management, Usage Management, Asset Tracking and Business Intelligence Reporting. Our core values are in ensuring transparency, accountability and efficiency in business processes. We provide flexibility in our pricing and also for clients' preference-for-delivery. Our other services include; Revenue Assurance: Monitoring all work processes to ensure that all revenue generated is billed and that none is lost in the process. Cost Assurance: Monitoring bills from vendors to ensure that mistakes and opportunities for reduction in cost are exposed. We are the first company in Ghana to introduce phone bill audit services.
