About Multicultural Career Center

We provide Career Development Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion, Resume Review, Resume Writing, and Interview Preparation. We also offer Individual, Group, Marriage/Couples, and Family Counseling. Our goal is to help individuals navigate a number of life areas. Our approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on solving current problems and modifying unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns. We do this through a multicultural and social justice approach and lens. What that means is we take into consideration the person’s varying identities and how the systems they live in impacts them. We focus on the client in a holistic approach. Our practice is pro-diverse bodies, pro-gender expansive identities, and pro-diverse culture. We help individuals navigate a number of life areas. We really celebrate you.
