About Multnomah County Cultural Coalition

The Multnomah County Cultural Coalition (MCCC) is the volunteer-led, re-granting board of the Oregon Cultural Trust in Multnomah County. Monies donated to the Cultural Trust come back to Multnomah County and are distributed as grants to cultural nonprofits per the Multnomah County Cultural Plan. MISSION STATEMENT Multnomah County Cultural Coalition supports communities and organizations through grantmaking and advocacy that enrich and improve access to arts and culture throughout the county. We envision a community that creates, shares, and celebrates the diverse artistic expression and cultures of all who call Multnomah County home. OUR WORK The MCCC’s Community Cultural Participation Grant Program (CCP) supports community-based cultural events, programs, and organizations. Because of the lingering impacts of the pandemic, we will offer an expanded range of funding types to help your organizations adapt to current challenges. For this grant cycle we are inviting applications for general operating support, events/programs support, and capital/capacity-building investments. Grants range between $1,000 and $3,000. OUR BOARD MCCC is led by an all volunteer board representing some of the many threads that weave Multnomah County together. The Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC) provides fiscal sponsorship and grant administration support.
