About Mulvey & Banani

Mulvey & Banani provides comprehensive and integrated engineering services for electrical and electronic systems that are innovative, resilient and adaptable for new building construction and re-purposing/renovation of existing buildings. Mulvey & Banani's scope of services ranges from engineering-intensive work such as mission critical power interventions to the artistry of sound and light offering dynamically current solutions in Electrical, ICT, and Security Engineering, Audio Visual, Lighting, and Building Intelligence Design. Audio Visual and Lighting design are provided by subsidiary companies, Mulvey & Banani Audio Visual Inc. and Mulvey & Banani Lighting Inc., respectively. With a present staff of 120 including 30 engineers, the company has provided engineering services to building projects throughout Canada as well as internationally. One niche expertise that has emerged from our focus on electrical and electronic building systems is the creation of "Building Intelligence”. Whether for business, healthcare, education or other complex facilities, Building Intelligence begins with the engineering of converged building systems and integration. Such convergence and integration of traditionally distinct systems onto one common “backbone” and the resulting synergies between systems creates a building which is fiscally, environmentally and operationally responsible and efficient. For individual buildings or global portfolios, Mulvey & Banani consults across all market sectors and project scales. A large firm with a deep bench to draw upon, we offer an experienced team of individuals dedicated to engineering excellence. Working throughout Canada and internationally, Mulvey & Banani has affiliate offices in Montreal, Ottawa and Calgary.
