About Mweya Group

With over 35 years of combined team experience, Mweya Group delivers excellence in wellness goods and services, luxury skincare, and medi-cosmetics distribution across the Middle East and Africa. Rooted in the meaning of its Shona name, Mweya (the soul or the spirit), our company embodies purpose, authenticity, and depth in everything we do. We believe that true beauty and wellbeing go beyond surface-level results; they are driven by the spirit of the brands we represent and the communities we serve. We specialize in launching and scaling high-performance, results-driven brands through tailored market strategies, robust commercial support, established distribution channels, and a world-class network. We work closely with luxury hotel spas, medi-spas and clinics, wellness centres and boutique retailers to deliver customized brand concepts, from merchandising and training to marketing and sales growth. Guided by the spirit of excellence and collaboration, Mweya champions sustainable growth and meaningful brand impact. With access to a portfolio of globally acclaimed beauty and wellness brands, we are known for hands-on execution, regional expertise, and a long-term commitment to the soul of every brand and partner we represent.
