To date, we have structured and delivered projects representing over €30 million in capital and more than 200+ units, achieving an average project return of approximately 15.5%. Our approach is grounded in disciplined project selection, detailed due diligence, and hands-on management throughout the full development lifecycle (from acquisition and planning to delivery and stabilization). While our core operations are based in Spain, we also provide property consulting services internationally, supporting clients and partners in evaluating opportunities, structuring projects, and navigating complex local markets with a clear, methodical framework. We work with private clients and professional partners seeking well-structured real estate projects, transparent processes, and experienced local execution.
