I offer Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching to individuals and groups of all ages. I specialise in helping individuals with a range of issues including phobias, anxiety and panic attacks, fear of public speaking, dental anxiety, fertility, relationship difficulties, low self esteem and self confidence and smoking cessation. I run workshops for survivors of Domestic Abuse in partnership with SW Surrey Domestic Abuse Outreach Service.
