My Life Choice delivers specialist supported living and complex care for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities. Our 24/7 care and accommodation services are tailored to each person’s goals, delivered in warm, safe, and inclusive homes. We work in close partnership with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to build support that’s not only person-centred, but also outcome-focused.
