Our purpose is to walk beside our patients as they embark on this journey. Offering support on the journey to healing, growth and change. We happily provide treatment for Individuals (Adults and Adolescents), Couples, Families and Groups. Services Include: Personal Growth, Anxiety and Panic, Depression, ADD / ADHD, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Grief and Loss, Traumatic Stress, Fears and Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Spiritual Crisis, Eating Disorders, Sports Performance, Parenting Issues. Making the decision to seek help can often be one of the most difficult steps in beginning your therapeutic journey. As with any new experience, uncertainty is common and expected. At My Life Counseling, we will walk beside you throughout the entire process. When you enter our office, you will be met with peace and tranquility. We have created a safe space where openness and trust can develop. We believe that therapy is more than simply a 50-minute session, but rather—an experience. Our practice was formed around the belief that we are not meant to embark on this journey alone. It is because of this very reason that we have come together in order to help others. “Courage is taking the first step even when you can not see the path ahead.”
