About MyCrew.net

MyCrew is an advanced Crew Sourcing solution designed specifically for the maritime industry, providing real-time market analytics and insights to help companies optimize their recruitment strategies. Our platform helps shipowners, ship management companies, and crewing agencies attract qualified seafarers, including those not actively seeking new opportunities. Backed by a growing community of seafarers, MyCrew empowers maritime companies to connect with top talent, make informed decisions, and stay ahead in a competitive market. Unlike traditional job posting websites or applications that simply provide database-like lists of outdated records, MyCrew is about live interaction with seafarers who have personally chosen to apply for a specific vacancy, sharing their up-to-date information and indicating that they are ready to engage with the company. This dynamic approach ensures that employers are connecting with seafarers who are genuinely interested in current opportunities at that moment, eliminating the uncertainty of outdated applications and helping companies quickly secure the right candidates before their availability changes.
