MyKapital is a digital operating platform for SSM approved Interest Schemes. In Malaysia, Interest Schemes are regulated by the Companies Commission of Malaysia SSM under the Interest Schemes Act 2016. Once approved, issuers are required to execute the scheme strictly in accordance with the authorised prospectus, from investor onboarding and cooling off periods, to trustee reporting and interest distribution. This is where many schemes struggle. SSM approves the scheme but day to day execution is handled by admins, operations, and finance teams.
