About Mykel Dixon Pty Ltd

Mykel Dixon helps fortune 500 and ASX 200 listed companies develop high-performance creative leaders and cultivate innovative, inclusive & interdependent teams. A jazz musician by trade, gypsy by nature, fierce non-conformist and prolific anti-perfectionist. Myke leads a new wave of conscious, creative business leaders who work to make work more like play, teams more like communities, and organisations more like festivals of possibility. Speaking globally to a stellar cast of the world’s most successful brands, Mykel gets to see first-hand what stops us making magic at work. This hurts his squishy widdle heart so he’s made it his mission to liberate the innate and infinite potential of people working 9 to 5 (or 7 to 7). Named Australia’s Breakthrough Speaker of The Year (by the professional speakers association) and revered among his peers for his ability to rewrite the rules, Myke is regularly used as the ‘X-factor’ moment for any conference or event. Shifting and lifting the energy of a room from passive consumers of content to proactive co-creators of the experience. His second book 'Everyday Creative – a dangerous guide to making magic at work' was just named #1 Leadership Book in Australia for 2021 at the Australian Business Book Awards. He is undeniably knowledgeable, charismatic and clever in regard to creativity, team dynamics and organisational success, yet he remains refreshingly accessible, authentic and safe for people to explore, take risks and have a go – a recipe for every kind of breakthrough. Just like that time you were upgraded to first class, once you’ve experienced a Mykel Dixon keynote, it’s hard to go back to coach.
