About MyMate Limited

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, MyMate Limited is a specialized assistive technology firm dedicated to solving the communication and coordination challenges faced by the disability and healthcare sectors. We develop "human-first" digital tools that empower individuals with disabilities, streamline professional caregiving, and bridge critical gaps in clinical triage. Our current ecosystem consists of three high-impact platforms designed for accessibility and reliability: Our Core Portfolio MyLog (Live): A professional-grade care coordination and digital diary platform. MyLog serves as a secure bridge between families, support workers, and clinicians, ensuring that daily care notes, medication tracking, and behavioral insights are captured in real-time. It replaces fragmented paper systems with a centralized, audit-ready digital record. MyVaak (Live): A specialized communication tool designed for clinical and emergency settings. MyVaak uses intuitive visual and multilingual interfaces to help patients with speech impairments or language barriers communicate their symptoms and needs to medical staff, ensuring faster and more accurate triage. MyMate (In Production): Our flagship mobile application designed for the end-user. MyMate acts as a "digital companion," using customizable prompts, visual schedules, and simplified interfaces to assist individuals with cognitive or physical disabilities in managing their daily routines and achieving greater autonomy. Technical Commitment & Philosophy Every product at MyMate Limited is engineered with a strict adherence to WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, ensuring that our software is perceivable, operable, and understandable for users of all abilities. By leveraging modern server architecture and secure data protocols, we provide the disability community with the same level of technical sophistication found in enterprise-level software, delivered with empathy and local insight.
