MMAD Academy is a school rugby community on a journey. As part of MMAD Academy, we as Physical Education Teachers and WRU HUB Officers and WRU-accredited coaches, are implementing a completely new approach designed specifically to serve our local rugby community. In our development-oriented culture, it is cool to be smart and all players will have the chance to have fun learning in practice, time to embrace the “spirit of performance'' and the opportunity to build character and strong relationships on their journey towards improvement. Our mission is to provide a first-class rugby learning environment to support a player through their rugby, personal and education career – those who succeed in their schooling progress with their rugby. We don't pretend to know everything and we too have blind spots but we embrace today and get the most from it, be it positive of negative, because at MMAD we always try to do the best we can with what we've got because it is the right thing to do.
