About Mythradon

Mythradon is an Australian-owned and operated provider of modern SaaS business applications, delivering flexible and user-friendly systems through the Mythradon Customer Success Platform. Mythradon’s founders bring more than 40 years combined experience implementing CRM solutions across the public and private sectors, working with platforms such as Siebel, Oracle CRM and Salesforce. Throughout their careers, they have worked with many organisations and industries to deploy CRM systems that streamline operations and strengthen customer relationships. From their experience, it was clear that traditional CRM platforms were often overly complex, costly and inflexible in meeting the needs of many businesses. They wanted to offer the market a SaaS business application that was affordable and provided flexibility to meet the needs of small to medium business across a range of industries. The Mythradon Customer Success Platform (CSP) is a powerful SaaS/PaaS solution built to streamline the development and deployment of cloud-based business applications. At its core is a robust, fully featured CRM system designed to support sales, service, and marketing teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Mythradon’s App Store offers a variety of functional expansions for organisations looking to enhance their Mythradon CSP capabilities. Some apps currently available include Contract Management, Warehouse & Stock Management, Loyalty & Rewards Management, and Business Compliance Registers. For clients with specific business or industry requirements Mythradon CSP offers a highly flexible and customisable platform that allows organisations to customise their environment to meet their needs. Mythradon’s expert team work with organisations to understand their business requirements and design solutions to suit their business. We understand that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work for everyone and trying to shoehorn your business into a generic system can slow you down.
