Mzuri Organics is a circular agro-industrial platform transforming undervalued crops and organic waste into high-value food, feed, and soil solutions. What we do? We design and operate decentralized circular biorefineries that unlock value from agricultural systems often overlooked by traditional markets. Our integrated model produces: Avocado oil for food and cosmetic markets Insect-based protein inputs for animal feed Regenerative fertilizers that restore soil health Liquid biofertilizers for enhanced crop productivity How it works? We apply a circular approach where no output is wasted: Fresh produce is processed into oil Residual biomass is converted using Black Soldier Fly larvae By-products are refined into fertilizers and feed inputs Every stage feeds the next—creating a regenerative, zero-waste system.
