About NABU International Naturschutzstiftung

Whether it’s the rare crowned cranes of East Africa, the endangered rhinos of northern India, or the last remaining rainforests of Sumatra – we work hand in hand with local communities to find solutions. Our foundation is active wherever intact natural habitats still exist, but are increasingly under pressure – from the cloud forests of Ethiopia to India’s tiger reserves and the peatlands of Ukraine. In all our projects, close collaboration with local people is at the heart of what we do. Because to tackle the urgent challenges of our time, we must think and act together – globally.
