About NACCS Nationwide Accommodation Services

Guarantee your rent and property investment. We offer landlords peace of mind through secured rental income and specialist property management. After many years of success as a private rental agency, we set up Nationwide Accommodation Services Ltd (naccs) in 2011. We decided to ‘plug the gap’ in the property market between the varying housing needs of local authorities, and landlords who seek hassle free rental solutions. So, with a wide network of landlords and clients across the UK, we began work on temporary accommodation provision for the Home Office and local London boroughs. Our continued growth means we are now approved suppliers to a host of boroughs, and have forged strong relationships with our partners in the Midlands, the South East and the North West. With an ongoing demand for properties throughout the UK, from both Home Office and local authority partners, we are always expanding our portfolio. Become part of the secured rental movement, by getting your property valued today.
