Nadii is an AI/ML-powered decision system for supply chain automation focused on measurable business impact: availability, inventory, margin and cash flow. We turn strategy into consistent, auditable SKU-level micro-decisions — automate replenishment by generating order proposals (purchase / production / transfer): what to buy, produce, or move, when, and how much — without relying on fragile Excel workflows. How it works: • It generates order proposals using probabilistic demand & supply signals (not “one-number forecasts”) • Total-cost logic per decision (lost margin vs. excess stock + working capital, transport and handling) • Real constraints embedded (MOQ, lead times, capacity, SLA, calendars) • Full transparency: explainable rationale, assumptions and an audit trail (human-in-the-loop when needed) Where we typically help: retail & distribution networks, wholesale/omnichannel, e-commerce/marketplaces and manufacturing.
