About Nancy Bacon Consulting

You want to create a nonprofit learning program that is strategic and has an impact. You want to lead people to make a change. You want that change to stick over time. You need help where learning, leadership, and nonprofits meet. That's the intersection at which we work. Our mission at Nancy Bacon Consulting is to revolutionize the role that learning plays in the nonprofit sector. We do this through learning strategy, instructional design, teaching and training. We are a part of a larger community of practice that writes, speaks, and shares insights into how to deliver the kind of learning experiences that leads people to action. We work with individuals, organizations, agencies, and associations to help them be strategic, focused, and effective.
