FOR APPLICANTS: • High school diploma, preferably a college degree or some college • Minimum one-year commitment (willingness to relocate a plus!) • 2-3+ years of private home childcare experience, or some in-home experience combined with other experience (daycare worker, teacher, etc.) • Verifiable references • Valid U.S. work authorization FOR FAMILIES: The Nanny Authority is a fully comprehensive household staffing placement service. Our thoroughly screened applicants and unique placement process is guaranteed to make the experience of finding and hiring your staff a stress-free and successful one.
