About Nano Living System

Nano Living Systems LLC (NLS) is a U.S.-based construction technology company redefining how the world builds, lives, and responds to crisis. In the face of a global housing shortage, rising urbanization, and climate-driven displacement, NLS provides an urgently needed alternative to traditional construction: ultra-fast, sustainable, modular housing solutions engineered for performance, dignity, and scale. At the core of our platform lies a proprietary fusion of technologies—Nano Composite Wall systems (NCW™), next-gen Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), automated Suspended Interiors, and IoT-ready smart systems. These innovations combine to deliver resilient, energy-efficient, and adaptable housing, manufactured offsite and installed on-site in days—not months. Under the leadership of Founder & Executive Director Gabriela Strehler, NLS has successfully deployed urban infill communities, emergency shelter clusters, and affordable housing pilots that exceed global building codes, reduce energy usage by up to 40%, and slash construction time by over 60%. Our Oakland, CA project delivered 100 SIP-modular homes in just 6.5 months—nearly half the time and 30% below the cost of conventional methods—earning acclaim from both city officials and residents. The global affordable housing gap exceeds 300 million homes. Governments are under pressure. Developers seek scalable solutions. Disaster zones demand rapid-response infrastructure. Nano Living Systems meets all three needs—with a patented, modular construction stack that's climate-resilient, net-zero ready, and beautiful.
