We have experience QC to do the inspection during the all production processes and final products. Our main environmental fabric is dope dyeing fabric, it doesn't need 2nd dyeing, it can be woven to finishing directly. It will save water and reduce emissions of harmful gases. In our local city, we have many weaving factories with long-term cooperation. We use Japanese round machine for knitting weaving & advanced air-jet loom for woven. We have some stable dyeing & printing factories to ensure on time delivery. All the factories have OEKO-TEX100 standard、ISO9001 Quality System Certification. Fabric sample lead-time is 7~10 days. Fabric bulk lead-time is 25~30days. We invested 2 sewing factories in our city and near our city, one is woven in Anhui and another is knit in Jiangsu. Our sewing factories have OEKO-TEX100 standard、ISO9001 Quality System Certification, and get the audit of BSCI. We use advanced sewing machines, and have a strictly inspection system for the finished goods before shipment. Capacity of woven short boxer: over 3000pcs/day, 100000pcs/month, Capacity of knit underpants: 7000pcs/day, over 200000pcs/month.
