About Naomi Israel Consulting GmbH

Naomi Israel Consulting GmbH operates under the brand Ni Consulting. Ni Consulting works with C-level leaders, senior executives and executive teams in institutional environments who are navigating complexity, pressure and transformation. Our work focuses on self-awareness, trust and creative capacity in leadership and organisational systems. We create safe, reflective and confidential spaces in which individual and collective dynamics can surface and be explored with depth and rigour. Our approach integrates executive and group coaching, organisational development and systems-psychodynamic perspectives; complemented by creativity-based methods. Central to our work is Sōzō-sei no Tenkai®, a research-based, creativity-centred developmental intervention informed by psycho- and socio-analysis, systems psychodynamics, neuroscience and creative practice. Ni Consulting works primarily with institutional clients, including financial services, as well as with C-level leaders who choose to pause and reset in order to move forward. ******* Naomi Israel Consulting GmbH tritt unter der Marke Ni Consulting auf.
