About NAPCO USA

NAPCO, located in Sparta, North Carolina was founded by Rocky Proffit in 1977 after graduating from Appalachian State University. From an 1,800 square-foot garage, NAPCO began manufacturing boxes and custom packaging products. Vulcan Information Packaging was founded by EBSCO Industries in 1947 to manufacture single-copy magazine binders for medical waiting rooms.
