About Napier Watt

Napier Watt are a dynamic firm of Property Consultants based in Central London, located in premises at 35 Berkeley Square, in the heart of the West End. We specialise in the sale, rental and acquisition of residential properties within Prime Central London. Our independent agency was founded by Jonathan Adams in 2010. Louise Torkmorad joined in 2013 and was quickly promoted to director. Together with the rest of the team they have unparalleled knowledge of the property market. Our properties are throughout Mayfair, Marylebone, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea as well as the surrounding areas. We have access to one of the largest databases of available properties for sale or rent within Central London. Our clientele are generally high net worth individuals and international companies. Using our extensive network of contacts we will frequently work with buyers and tenants to locate and then source properties that are "off market", proving that it is who you know that is important. We pride ourselves on providing a personal and bespoke service to our clients from start to finish. Estate Agents typically receive a bad press and in some cases justifiably so. At Napier Watt we aim to be different, we are committed to provide honest straight forward advice, and to deliver an exceptional standard of service that we can be proud of. With over 40 years of experience we have successfully helped 1000s of individuals move home. Web Driven - 85% of all property searches now start on the internet. We have invested heavily in a state of art website to ensure maximum exposure of your property and upload properties to over 20 property portals including; Zoopla, Onthemarket and Rightmove. Napier Watt are proud to be different!
