About Narc Free Living LLC

Narcissistic Abuse affects over 158 Million people in the United States, and many survivors are hiding in plain sight...until now. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse, I know first hand how it impacts our spiritual and psychological wellbeing. I was inspired to create survival apparel so that the shameful stigma of narcissistic abuse will no longer hide in the shadows…We all have a divine purpose, I invite you to join me in mine, to raise awareness and bring an end to this debilitating and isolating form of abuse once and for all. Narc Free Living LLC is a lifestyle brand that caters to survivors and thrivers of domestic violence & narcissist abuse. I am a trauma-informed narcissist abuse recovery coach, as well as, a speaker, survivor of domestic violence, & an advocate against abuse. I empower women to break the chains of abuse through empowerment & education. I help my clients achieve their interpersonal goals by introducing them to healthy coping skills, biblical & practical strategies.
