About Naresco Contracting L.L.C

Since 1986, Naresco has stood at the forefront of Dubai’s architectural revolution, not merely witnessing the city’s transformation but actively shaping its skyline and future. Founded in 1986 by Emirati visionary Abdulla Al Arif, our journey parallels Dubai’s own—a story of ambition, innovation and relentless pursuit of excellence. As an Emirati-founded and Emirati-run company, Naresco brings a deep understanding of local culture, values and aspirations to every project we undertake. Our roots in the UAE give us unique insights into the needs of our community and the vision of our nation’s leaders. From luxurious high-rise apartments that redefine urban living to cutting-edge office complexes that fuel Dubai’s economic growth, from schools and hospitals that serve the community to the vital infrastructure that keeps the city moving, Naresco’s impact is felt across every facet of Dubai’s urban landscape.
