About Narrative Intelligence (NQ) - Home of Narrative Diagnostics

Narrative Intelligence (NQ) is a framework created by Beatrice Malova‑Kaplan that reveals the hidden narrative structures shaping identity, behavior, and decision‑making. At its core stands Narrative Diagnostics, a method she developed to make these patterns visible and usable for leadership, transformation, and organizational clarity. NQ helps organizations understand the stories that drive their actions, align strategy with identity, and navigate complexity with coherence. It provides leaders with a structured way to interpret meaning, reduce ambiguity, and build narrative resilience in times of change. Narrative Intelligence is the home of Narrative Diagnostics — where meaning becomes a strategic capability.
