National Building and Marketing Company was established in Riyadh as a limited liability company with a commercial registration number of 1010153678 on 17/01/1420H, with a capital of SAR 500,000. It later transformed into a closed Saudi joint-stock company with a capital of SAR 2,000,000. Subsequently, the company became a listed joint-stock company under Ministerial Resolution No. 70/Q dated 29-3-1435H, corresponding to 30-1-2014, in accordance with the company's Articles of Association and its latest amendments as of 22-5-2017. Furthermore, there was a subsequent increase in the company's capital to SAR 120,000,000, divided into 12,000,000 shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share, all of which are ordinary shares, both in-kind and in-cash.
