About National Commercial Services

National Commercial Services (NCS) specializes in comprehensive commercial and subrogation recovery services with a record of expertise that exceeds two decades. Our distinctive One Source Recovery Solution consists of our Resolution Call Center, Arbitration Dept, in-house Legal Dept. and our National Attorney Network to litigate claims across the country. Throughout the decades, NCS has managed to leverage technology and process automation without losing the personal touch of human capital – a quality too often lost on many. File handling is executed under the highest security standards and in compliance with all confidentiality mandates documented through SOC Audit Certification. Quality of service and client care are priorities at NCS resulting in high client retention rates in the industry. The company’s steady growth and success is based in no small part upon the commitment to client relationship and best-in-class representation. NCS is a Premier Sponsor of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and members of the General Bar and National List of Attorneys.
