تكريسًا لحق أفراد أسر المفقودين والمخفيين قسرًا ،في معرفةِ مصائر ذويهم أنشئت الهيئة الوطنيّة المستقلّة للمفقودين والمخفيين قسرًا ،بموجب المادّة التّاسعة من القانون 105/2018 ،وتشكلت بموجب المرسوم 6570 الصادر بتاريخ 3/7/2020 وتعديلاته الهيئة ذات ولاية وطنيّة وإنسانيّة، تعنى بقضية المفقودين ،والمخفيّين قسرًا دون تمييز ،والتّمسّكِ بحقّ عائلاتهم في معرفة مصائرهم مع الامتثال لِمعايير حقوق الإنسان والمواثيق الدوليّة .والوطنيّة ذات الصّلة • Founded in July 2020 under Law 105/2018, the National Commission for the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared (NCMFD) has a humanitarian mandate to locate and identify missing individuals. NCMFD operates independently and is dedicated to addressing the rights of families of the missing, ensuring they can seek truth about the fates of their loved ones, in compliance with human rights standards and international and national agreements.
