NIA started with a simple promise - "We will put the agent at the top of the food chain, not the bottom." We know most Agencies don't operate that way and we want to help change that. We know this because we've all worked for the "career agencies" AND tried working 100% as an Independent Agent. We knew there must be a way to pay agents the top commission they deserve while still providing great value from the agency in Training, Support & Technology. Hence, NIA was born! Our goal is very simple… everyone has to win.
