We are the National Mental Health Consumers Alliance, the national peak body for mental health consumers—led by and for people with lived experience of mental health challenges. We’re here to challenge stigma, demand person-centered care, and make sure lived experience leads the way. Real change happens when we have a seat at the table, shaping the policies, services, and research that affect our lives. Through advocacy, collaboration, and reform, we’re fighting for a mental health system that upholds human rights, removes barriers to care, and responds when people need it most.
