About National Skills Funding

Government-funded training to unlock CSCS Cards, NVQs, and career growth in construction. National Skills Funding is a workforce development initiative delivering fully funded training and qualifications to eligible individuals across the UK construction industry. Backed by public funding and delivered by CITB Approved providers, our programmes are designed to: • Help self-employed contractors and tradespeople gain formal NVQs • Support workers in achieving Gold and Black CSCS Cards • Remove financial and administrative barriers to career progression 🎓 Courses are delivered in flexible hybrid formats — including live online classes and in-person sessions — and include full support through qualification, CSCS testing, and certification. Our current programmes are funded by the Mayor of London and the Department for Education, including: • NVQ Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision • NVQ Level 5 Construction Management (Sustainability) But we’re not stopping there. Our team is working tirelessly to expand access to funded training in more regions, with more qualifications, and more flexible pathways — so that no skilled worker is held back by a lack of paperwork. Delivered by our trusted partners at M2HSE Training Ltd (CITB ATO | ProQual Centre | IOSH | Pearson Edexcel), we combine deep sector experience with digital-first systems to simplify access and scale impact.
