National Veterans Benefits Attorneys (NVBA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit law firm dedicated to representing U.S. military veterans and their families -free of charge- before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). When the Board of Veterans’ Appeals gets it wrong, we step in to fight for the benefits our veterans have earned through service and sacrifice. Every case is handled pro bono, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to justice. We also partner with Veterans Service Organizations, and law firms, nationwide: VSOs rely on us to carry members’ cases forward at the appellate level, while law firms trust us as a referral partner for complex CAVC litigation.
