About Native Unit

Stop renting growth. Every rupee you put into Meta, Google, or quick commerce ads buys you attention — for exactly as long as you keep paying. The moment you stop, it's gone. No brand recall. No repeat purchase. No word-of-mouth. Just an empty pipeline and a rising CAC. That's not growth. That's a subscription. Native Unit is Hexanovate's growth system for Indian D2C and FMCG brands. We build the brand side of your business — the part that keeps working after you post it, after the campaign ends, after the algorithm changes. What that looks like: Brand story and positioning that gives your audience a reason to choose you over every cheaper alternative. A content strategy built around your specific customer's real objections — not what looks good on a content calendar. Monthly execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Creative direction for your entire team. And a data review every month that actually changes what we do next. Not posts. A system. The brands we work with: D2C founders between ₹1 Cr and ₹50 Cr who have a product worth believing in and a brand story that isn't pulling its weight. FMCG brands trying to build a digital-first presence without starting from scratch. Founders who have tried agencies, got content, and are still asking why nothing is growing. What changes after 6 months: Your Instagram earns inbound DMs without boosting. Your paid ads convert better because brand trust is doing the pre-work. Your repeat purchase rate improves because customers feel connected to something. And your CAC trend — for the first time — starts moving in the right direction. India's D2C market is $108 Billion. Growing at 24% CAGR. The brands that own the next decade won't out-spend their competition. They'll out-brand them. That's what we're here to build. Native Unit | Part of Hexanovate thenativeunit.com
