About Naturally Nutrition by Bea Lyus

Naturally Nutrition helps people with almost all aspects of physical health and wellbeing, and in addition to this, the key areas that I specialise in are as follows: - Mental focus and concentration - Beating stress - Chronic fatigue / ME - Sleep support - Headaches and migraines - Digestive health - Allergy and intolerance management - Immunity support - Female hormones - Improving fertility The fundamental principle of Naturally Nutrition is to find the root cause of the client’s health issue, and tackle this with a tailored programme that provides the correct quantities of right nutrients that that individual needs, whilst identifying and eliminating specific “anti-nutrients”, or foods to which the client is intolerant and are contributing to their symptoms. Firstly, I will ask you to write a diet diary for a typical week which I analyse before our first consultation. During this meeting we discuss your goals, diet and lifestyle, after which I prepare a nutritional therapy programme for you to follow which is tailored to your desired outcome and personal tastes. To keep you on track, we meet again a month or so later for a follow-up consultation to review your progress and fine tune your programme to best suit your lifestyle and preferences. Depending on your condition and progress, a few follow-up consultations could be needed to enable you to get - and keep - the results that you want. For those looking to get the very best results in the shortest possible timeframe, choose the Rapid Results Package. This uses in-depth laboratory testing of blood and stool samples to quickly identify the root cause of the issue, enabling me to immediately design a tailored therapy programme that will get straight to the heart of the issue and address this with the highest level of confidence.
