At Navig Health we are building a community of like-minded doctors and healthcare professionals to discuss "Everything on the Business Side Of Indian Healthcare" We are currently working on two core agendas: # 1: Help small mid-sized hospital and clinic doctor-owners and management teams become better business leaders To preserve long-term doctor-patient relationships and ensure affordable care in India, we strongly believe that doctor-owned hospitals and clinics should thrive alongside VC funded large corporate hospitals and chains. Initiatives under this agenda will equip doctors and owners of small and mid-sized hospitals with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive independently. # 2: Connecting like-minded Clinical <> Non-clinical (tech, business) talent We see many passionate tech and business founders building amazing health-tech and medical devices. However, they often lack timely input from clinicians and market feedback, leading to wasted resources. The solution lies in bringing together passionate clinical leaders and tech/business leaders. Initiatives under this agenda will focus solely on connecting like-minded clinical and tech talent to collaborate and jointly build tech-driven, innovative care models.
