About Navigate Public Estate Consulting Limited

Navigate is a specialist UK public sector and estate consultancy. Founded by Laura Boutle (Stamboulieh) in February 2025, Navigate is a platform to share lessons learned from her 30-year advisory career. We work with local government, central government, NHS, blue light and education organisations, and with devolved partnerships, such as One Public Estate. Our goal is to make sense of our client’s public estate, aligning assets to strategic objectives. We navigate our clients through the strategy - approvals - delivery process.
