About NBS Communications

NBS Communications is one of the most experienced communication consultancies in Poland and the market-leader in the area of financial public relations. Since 1990 we have been supporting our clients to raise and manage their corporate image and communicate effectively with target audiences. We have a unique expertise in the area of investor relations and in carrying out promotional campaigns supporting capital market transactions such as IPOs, SPOs and M&As. We have conducted over 120 information and promotional campaigns supporting public offerings, including the IPOs of PKO BP, PZU, WSE and Alior Bank. We are the only agency so far awarded a special prize by the Warsaw Stock Exchange in recognition of our role in promoting the largest number of IPOs on the WSE. Since 2003 we have regularly conducted WarsawScan, a qualitative research among fund managers and analysts. The research provides us with a valuable source of information on investors’ expectations and their criteria for evaluation of investment attractiveness of companies.
