About Neav AI

You don't have a lead generation problem. You have a lead salvage problem. Neav AI architects high-performance "Speed-to-Lead" infrastructure for producing real estate teams (5-15 agents) who are tired of watching their Zillow, Realtor.com, and PPC spend evaporate after hours. THE REALITY: Data shows that 48% of online real estate leads go uncontacted or are called too late to convert. The "Friday Night Vacuum" - where leads generated at 9 PM on Friday sit untouched until Monday morning - is costing your team 15k-30k/month in lost GCI. Human ISAs are essential, but they sleep. Neav AI does not. THE SOLUTION: THE SALVAGE PROTOCOL™ We do not sell "chatbots." We deploy a US-hosted, zero-latency voice architecture that acts as a safety net for your ad spend. 1. SENSE: Our system detects inbound leads from Zillow/FUB the millisecond they arrive. 2. STRIKE: We trigger a human-like voice call in under 10 seconds - even at 3 AM. 3. SCREEN: Our AI executes the LPMAMA qualification framework to verify intent, budget, and timeframe. 4. SCHEDULE: Qualified appointments are written directly into your Follow Up Boss calendar. WHY TOP TEAMS CHOOSE Neav AI: • Zero-Latency Architecture: Hosted on US-East servers to eliminate the "1-second audio lag" that kills conversion. • TCPA-Compliant Design: We build strict, inbound-only workflows that protect your license and reputation. No risky cold-calling bots. • Deep Ecosystem Sync: We don't just "chat." We push tags, transcripts, and appointments directly into your CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, etc.). THE OUTCOME: Stop waking up to "New Lead" notifications that went cold 8 hours ago. Wake up to "Appointment Booked" notifications.
