Het Nederlands Astmacentrum Davos (NAD) Het Nederlands Astmacentrum Davos ( www.nadavos.nl ) is het expertisecentrum op het gebied van hooggebergte behandeling van patiënten met ernstig astma. Het NAD ligt op 1650 meter hoogte in de Zwitserse bergen, omdat de prikkelarme omgeving met o.a. lage concentraties pollen, huisstofmijten en luchtverontreiniging een additionele positieve factor blijkt te zijn bij de behandeling van ernstig astma. Het NAD is een instelling voor Nederlandse patiënten, met Nederlandssprekende medewerkers, ingebed in het Nederlandse zorgsysteem en voldoet aan de Nederlandse kwaliteitseisen.
